Shipping costs and delivery
The following shipping costs apply to accessories and spare parts:
1. Shipping of parts and accessories:
Accessories are shipped directly to you via our delivery partner.
Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking notification by email.

2. Delivery times for parts and accessories
We deliver to Great Britain with some exclusions or extended delivery times for outlying areas:
Mainland Great Britain: 2-3 Working Days.
Isle of Scilly and Scottish Highlands: 3-4 Working Days
Affected postcodes areas: AB31-38, AB41-56, BT, FK17-21, HS1-9, KW0-14, PH15-41, PH45-50, TR21-25.
Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands: 3-5 Working Days
Affected postcode areas: IV1-40, IV52-54, IV63, PH19-26, PH30-41, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.
We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man.
3. Shipping of appliances
If your appliance is in stock, we can usually arrange delivery within 5-10 working days. Our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange an exact delivery date.
If your appliance is not in stock, delivery is usually within 2-3 week, and we will contact you with more accurate information within 2 working days of your order being placed.
Our estimated lead time on MyStyle appliances is 14-16 weeks from the point of order, due to the customised nature of the product.
Once your order is with our delivery partner they will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Please note that free delivery applies to standard deliveries only. Standard delivery includes delivery to the ground floor room of your choice. We may request additional details and require a site survey to be carried out for non-standard deliveries. Additional charges may apply for non-standard deliveries. You should make us aware of any non-standard delivery requirements as soon as possible by emailing [email protected].
We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man.
4. Shipping of digital products
If you purchase an extended guarantee, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately, and your invoice and confirmation of purchase will be sent on the first working day, 2 weeks after your purchase.
Please note that your extended guarantee is in place as soon as it has been approved by our team, which is usually within 2 working days. Should you need to make a claim during this initial period, please contact our Customer Service Team on 03330 147 888 (option 3).
5. Holiday period
The final shipment date for accessories and spare parts in December will be 17th December. Appliance orders placed after 6th December 2024 may not be dispatched in time for Christmas; should this be the case, we will notify you accordingly. Shipments for accessories and spare parts will resume on 6th January 2025, and for appliances, shipments will recommence on 13th January 2025 in the New Year.
Our offices will be closed from the 20th of December until the 2nd of January 2025, reopening for the New Year. However, our customer services team will be available for urgent breakdown calls only during the following times:
