Out of warranty repairs in Northern Ireland

From December 2024, the EU General Product Safety Regulation requires that customers in Northern Ireland have free access to indicative repair prices and are free to choose their repairer.

At Liebherr, we will always support the customer to repair their appliance wherever economically viable, and our spare parts catalogue is available to consumers within the UK. We maintain availability of spare parts for our appliances for up to 10 years, and longer where possible.
Although we cannot transact for customers in BT postcodes via our website, you can identify the parts and their pricing on our spare parts page, and then call us on 03330 147 888 (option 2) to place your order.

If your appliance is covered by our guarantee, please contact us to arrange a repair.

For appliances outside of their guarantee period, we have a recommended service partner in Northern Ireland, Service Care DAR Ltd. Their standard callout charge is £120.00 + VAT.
