The appliance, as well as the accessories supplied with it, is covered by the ‘WarrantyPlus’ against manufacturing faults and defects, just like the normal guarantee. Please note that accidental damage is not covered by WarrantyPlus, or the standard guarantee.

No, unfortunately, this is not possible. You can purchase a term of either 5 or 10 years, in total, for each appliance.
No, unfortunately, this is not possible. A ‘WarrantyPlus’ extension, for a maximum of 10 years, can only be purchased within the 2-year standard guarantee period.
There is no limit to the number of claims you can report. We strive to protect the environment and repair defective appliances wherever we can.
The extended guarantee can only be purchased during the 2-year guarantee period. All the terms and conditions of the standard guarantee then also apply to the extended guarantee. Detailed information on the terms and conditions of our extended guarantee can be found here.
Yes, proof of purchase must be provided in digital form and can be uploaded during the ‘WarrantyPlus’ purchase process. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, you will not be able to conclude a ‘WarrantyPlus’ extension.
No, payment in instalments is currently not possible. The following payment methods are available: PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard.
In the event of a replacement under the guarantee, the guarantee will continue to apply to your new appliance. The terms and conditions of the guarantee remain unchanged.
No, all of our records are held digitally. Two weeks after your purchase, you will be sent an invoice, by email, to the address you provided. This is not required to make a claim under your guarantee, but we do recommend keeping it for confirmation and details of how to contact us. The invoice can be sent by post, upon request.
