As Hawaii’s largest concrete producer, Hawaiian Cement relies on the Liebherr R 9150 as its primary excavation equipment at Halawa Valley Quarry. The Liebherr R 9150 excavator plays a vital role in supplying essential materials for residential, commercial, and public construction projects to support Hawaii’s infrastructure network with high quality construction aggregate.
Portal to the North: unlocking new travel capacities
International construction firm, Skanska, teamed up with Liebherr for a historic project: replacing the century-old Portal North Bridge in a critical rail traffic section over the Hackensack River. Utilizing Liebherr’s state-of-the-art deep foundation machines and crawler cranes, the fleet proved its cutting-edge power, turning a congested bottleneck into a free access passageway for over 200,000 passengers every day.

Liebherr giants in the Powder River Basin
Eagle Specialty Materials utilizes two Liebherr PR 776 dozers at Belle Ayr mine, a Wyoming based coal mining production and overburden handling site out of the Powder River Basin. Producing several million short tons of coal annually, the Liebherr PR 776 dozers provide essential operation for the mine.
An icebreaker in Miami: Liebherr serves up a fresh showroom experience
Liebherr unveils a newly renovated refrigeration and freezing showroom within the Miami facility. Approximately 1000 ft2, the exhibition space was crafted to highlight Liebherr’s latest innovations and timeless designs providing an elevated experience for guests and associates.
