Beyond State Lines offers an excellent platform to share the achievements of our customers and employees utilizing innovative solutions and expertise as they engage in complex projects and applications. Through articles spotlighting dozers in Wyoming, cranes in Kansas, and components in New Mexico – we highlight our local successes from coast to coast.
With such success comes incredible growth. Liebherr in the USA is implementing a strategy for 2030 which will increase a network of sales, service and support facilities.
Starting with Liebherr Logistics GmbH's commitment to enhancing distribution capabilities across the Americas, Liebherr Logistics acquired 118 acres of land in Tupelo, Mississippi and is investing $175 million to build a new logistics center for the Americas to be completed by 2026, within the same campus. Liebherr Logistics is also planning to establish additional facilities for various Liebherr companies and offer additional services on the acquired site in the future.
Other investments are currently taking place in our Newport News, VA campus to enhance manufacturing capabilities for Liebherr Mining trucks production, and in Houston, Texas where we plan a new sales and service facility to support Liebherr cranes and construction customers in this region.
We attribute this massive growth to our established, reliable, and confident customer service network and exceptionally committed US team. Our future efforts will continue to solidify resources for employees to further support our customers nationwide.
