When you click “Submit” we, Liebherr-Hausgeräte GmbH, Memminger Straße 77-79, D-88416 Ochsenhausen, transfer your personal data that was collected with the form (hereinafter: “data”) to the warrantor, Liebherr Export AG, General-Guisan-Strasse 14, 5415 Nussbaumen AG, Suisse (hereinafter: “warrantor”). The warrantor is responsible for the subsequent processing of your data.

The warrantor processes your data for the purpose of issuing and sending the certificates for the Liebherr compressor warranty and the extended Liebherr warranty pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and, subject to your voluntary consent (see below), for sending its newsletter.
