31 XXT truck mounted concrete pump

The 31 XXT truck mounted concrete pump is mobile, manoeuvrable and also very versatile in its application possibilities. The five-part distributor boom in Z-fold paired with the proven XXT support make the 31 XXT particularly suitable for confined construction sites and concrete works with limited height. The low unfolding height of only 5.4 m opens up a wide range of challenging applications such as working in existing buildings, tunnels and halls as well as bridge construction.

The 31 XXT can enter a building in standard operation with the arm package folded in front of the driver‘s cab thanks to LiDriveIn. With the arm package in front of the cab, the machine fits through a building opening with a height of only 4 metres. Less effort, more security and more efficiency. The newly developed hose and pipe line rack offers an efficient and uncomplicated solution for storing hoses and pipe lines.

Mobilmix 4.0 concrete batching plant

Economy, flexibility and resource efficiency with the new Liebherr Mobilmix series. The new generation of concrete batching plants revolutionize the production of concrete by enabling both economical and resource-saving production. The largest version of the Mobilmix with a 4 m³ twin-shaft mixer and an output of up to 170 m³/h will be on show for the first time at Bauma. The modular design of the plants offers a wide range of options. The folding concept and the integrated technology container with pre-cabling ex work enable the quick and uncomplicated realization. Thanks to the steel foundations, all you need is a level surface and the plant can be set up immediately. In addition, the plants stand out with their energy and resource efficiency thanks to a significant reduction in cement requirements and energy savings of up to 30 %.

HTM 905 BEV truck mixer

In the truck mixer product area, we present another milestone in the field of electromobility: the conventional Liebherr HTM 905 on a fully electric chassis from Volvo. It should be emphasised that the concept with an all-electric tridem chassis and the connection to the hydraulic body via an electro-mechanical power take-off has been successful. This reliably drives the conventional hydraulic truck mixer body and provides the mixing drum with the required drive power and torque. The all-electric chassis with the hydraulic truck mixer body is therefore CO2-neutral in operation compared to the previous diesel-powered chassis. This means that future bans on use in environmental zones can be circumvented and concrete transport can continue to take place in large cities with corresponding regulations.
