Commercial CoordinatorPerth
Liebherr-Australia is seeking an experienced, analytical, and professional Commercial Coordinator to be based at our Perth Branch. In this role you will be responsible for managing the monthly payment claims, maintaining the CRM, coordinate the internal sales process with the factories, and support contract management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Monthly Progress Claims
- Coordinate internal and external invoicing process
- Maintain the CRM
- Coordinate internal sales process with the relevant factories
- Support contract management; contractual notices, variations etc.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related field
- Previous experience in in Business or a related field
- Ability to interpret contracts
- High attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
- Identification and resolution of potential issues
