Better in every detail: the new 440 HC-L from Liebherr

The next generation of Liebherr luffing jib cranes has arrived. The 440 HC-L easily manages an out-of-service position of less than eleven metres, reducing the space required. Lifting capacity has been increased, new materials have found their way into crane production and assembly times are now shorter.

A ponte alta de Rader atravessa o canal de Kiel na autoestrada A7, a ligação de alta velocidade no sentido norte de Hamburgo para a Dinamarca. A ponte será reconstruída e alargada nos próximos anos. Existem 18 gruas Liebherr, da 65 K à 150 EC-B, responsáveis pelas tarefas de elevação. Algumas das gruas estão montadas na água.

Future-ready crane production: Liebherr invests in metal processing system

An innovation that is a world first of its kind: the new deburring line for cut parts at the Liebherr production site in Biberach. Working with specialists from ARKU Maschinenbau GmbH, Rösler Oberflächentechnik GmbH and Teqram B.V., Liebherr-Werk Biberach GmbH has automated the edge rounding of plasma, oxyfuel and laser-cut metal sheet. In doing so, the company is making the production of tower cranes fit for the future.

Os guindastes com lança basculante Liebherr 710 HC-L e 125 HC-L foram os equipamentos escolhidos para concluir este projeto, no qual a obra fundamental será a finalização da Torre de Jesus, torre principal do templo que atingirá 172 metros de altura. O fato de serem basculantes e a sua adaptação às exigências da obra, foram alguns dos fatores determinantes que levaram a Sagrada Família a optar por estes equipamentos.

Intermat 2024: Liebherr displays exhibits with alternative drives plus a wide range of digital solutions

From 24 to 27 April 2024 in area Ext 6 C 051 of the Intermat trade show, Liebherr is presenting around 20 machines from the product segments of tower cranes, mobile and crawler cranes, components, earthmoving machinery, material handling technology, deep foundation machines and concrete technology. Not only the static exhibits of products but also a showcase of the range and innovation work of the Group in the fields of digitalisation, drives and service will form the focus of the company’s 3,264 m2 booth at the trade show.

Liebherr’s 125 K: The largest fast-erecting crane in a successful family

With a radius of 55 m and a hook height of up to approx. 66 m, the Liebherr 125 K is currently the largest fast-erecting crane on the market. Visitors at Intermat 2024 in Paris can now see the innovative K series concept for themselves. A well thought-out assembly system and low logistics costs make the Liebherr fast-erecting cranes particularly useful for shorter projects. The 125 K is, for example, ideal for work on construction projects such as multi-story residential buildings, bridges and industrial facilities. It can be operated with a mobile energy storage system if the on-site power supply is insufficient.

À primeira vista, o guindaste de torre Liebherr parece flutuar no ar. Onde geralmente fica a fundação do guindaste, somente a nova edificação da ponte e o solo abaixo dela podem ser vistos. A exigência no canteiro de obras em Wittenberge, Brandemburgo: A paisagem ao redor da ponte é uma reserva natural, portanto, tudo tem que ocorrer em um espaço muito apertado. O resultado é um canteiro de obras especial com um procedimento único na Alemanha até o momento.

Liebherr at Excon: solutions for the Indian construction and raw material industry

Excon is the most important construction machinery exhibition in South Asia. From 12–16 December 2023 in Bangalore, Liebherr is presenting five machines from its Earthmoving und Cranes product segments. At the approx. 1000 m2 booth, visitors can see a tower crane, a rough terrain crane, two wheel loaders and a crawler dozer. The exhibited machines offer customised solutions for the construction industry in the Indian market.

Perto de Versalhes, está a ser construído uma nova zona residencial num local repleto de história. O bairro conhecido como “Parc du Lac” é atravessado por um canal do século XVII, um vestígio do sistema de rega do vizinho Palácio de Versalhes. As gruas de torre Liebherr prestam ajuda ativa na construção dos edifícios.
