The LTM 1150-5.3 and LTM 1230-5.1 will primarily be used for industrial construction in the metropolitan region of Santo Domingo. Strong performance, long telescopic booms and innovative technical features were key criteria for the decision to invest in new mobile cranes.

Jan Liebherr is awarded the National Order of the French Legion of Honour

French President Emmanuel Macron recognised Jan Liebherr’s special commitment to France through his significant contribution to economic activity in the country – particularly in Alsace and the greater Toulouse area, where the Liebherr Group is one of the most important industrial players and one of the largest employers. As President of the Administrative Board of the Group, Jan Liebherr was honoured with the National Order of the Legion of Honour as ‘Chevalier de la Légion d’honneur’ in Paris (France).

Liebherr signs landing gear overhaul agreement with SkyWest Airlines

Bridge demolition: Swiss giant creates “clear conditions” in Hanau

At some point, it had to happen. After many years of preparation, the experts at the construction company Max Wild in Berkheim bei Memmingen, the crane hire company Emil Egger in St. Gallen, the building authority of the City of Hanau, Deutsche Bahn and other stakeholders completed the concept for the demolition of the Eisenstrassenbrücke, which had been built in 1959 at the western end of the main railway station in Hanau. In the week before Christmas, work commenced and the first section of the bridge was demolished.

Krösche-Kran Service GmbH, a specialist provider of assembly services for prefabricated houses, has taken delivery of three new LTF 1045-3.1 truck-mounted telescopic cranes.
