Key Account Manager (m/f/x)Bulle
Your Responsibilities
- In this role, you are the central contact person for assigned key customers in all matters
- You represent the customer's interests to internal interfaces and coordinate internal activities and communication with the customer
- You evaluate new customers and identify their sales potential, formulate possible solutions to their inquiries and represent our interests in negotiations
- You identify cross-selling potential with customers, structure and plan customer-related annual measures and create corresponding customer strategies
- You document all sales activities and plan potential turnover and sales development
- You will be responsible for identifying key people at customers and maintaining relationships with them
- Within our matrix organization, you will also lead the key account management team for the customer assigned to you
Your Profile
- You have a university degree in a commercial field or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience in sales of drive technology
- You have sound experience and expertise in the field of diesel engines
- You have extensive market knowledge in the off-highway segment, particularly in sectors such as agricultural machinery, construction machinery and industry
- You have successful experience in key account management with proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- You have excellent communication skills and are confident in presentations and negotiations
- Your personality is characterized by an optimistic attitude, stress resistance, reliability, a hands-on approach and strong loyalty
- You are fluent in German and English and are used to using your skills successfully in an international environment
