Your responsibilities

• Accompany Sales to visit customers and identify customer requests
• Provide sales support to promote machines and competencies
• Make cycle time calculation for gear cutting machines
• Make recommendation for machine selection and configuration
• Support local and Kempten application team for specific application training to customer
• Create and provide analysis for gear inspection result of acceptance
• Act as interface for communication with counter-party in LVT factory for application- and technical-related topics focus on gear cutting tools
• Creation of technical documents for customer-support
• Make market analysis and prepare the business plan for the WZG (Gear Cutting Tools) product
• Collect customer's requirement and the pain point with their current gear cutting tools
• Propose LVT gear cutting tools solution to reduce costs per part and make relevant test cutting at customer site with LVT demo tools
• Regularly visit and support existing customer to retain the customer relationship
• Communicate with LVT WZG sales to prepare the cycle time study and quotation for the gear cutting tools
• Follow up the delivery time and communicate with WZG production in Europe to make sure the on time delivery
• Listen to customer and feedback to WZG production relevant customer's complaints related cutting performance or quality issues etc.
• Support service to clarify application/gear cutting tools related issue for after-sales
• Regularly audit the local partner for the gear cutting tools coating and re-sharping

Your qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Majored in Mechanical and automation engineering, or other comparable majors
• Operation / Application knowledge with gear cutting machine such as skiving, hobbing and shapping
• At least 5-year working experience in gear cutting application, preferred with skiving, hobbing and shapping fields
• Be familiar with mechanical engineering, preferably automation systems
• Be familiar with marketing of technical products in China
• Fluent Chinese and good English in speaking and writing, German skills are preferable
• Communication and negotiation skills
• CAD Software: Creo
• Proficient computer skills
• Project Management
