Greater lifting capacity – Knoll expands fleet with a Liebherr LTM 1350-6.1 mobile crane

Knoll GmbH & Co.KG based in Schillingsfürst took delivery of an LTM 1350-5.1 mobile crane at the Liebherr Plant in Ehingen at the beginning of April. The 350-tonne machine will significantly expand the range of services of the Middle Franconian company upwards. After the handover at the manufacturing plant, the new 6-axle crane was driven straight to its first job involving modular apartment construction. Find out more

Tandem hoist – motors weighing 165 tons loaded onto freighter

South German crane and transport contractor Scholpp obtained support from Kehl in the State of Baden-Württemberg for the first job for its brand new Liebherr LTM 1450-8.1 mobile crane. Together with an identical mobile crane operated by MSG-Krandienst, enormous motors designed for power generation were loaded onto a freighter in tandem hoists. Find out more

Liebherr LTC 1050-3.1 lowered to get through Ehrenbreitstein Fortress

A Liebherr LTC 1050-3.1 mobile crane had to complete several hoists at Ehrenbreitstein Fortress near Koblenz to erect and remove works of art weighing several tonnes. The compact crane had to pass through two narrow points en route through the massive defensive walls to the place of use. Things became particularly challenging for the driver and vehicle marshals in a 25 metre tunnel where the distance between the crane and the historic structure was just two centimetres in some places. AKM adds Liebherr LTM 1130-5.1 mobile crane to its fleet

AKM Autokranvermietung GmbH took delivery of a new Liebherr LTM 1130-5.1 mobile crane at the end of February. The first Liebherr LR 1800-1.0 crawler crane heads for Spain – Eurogruas 2000 takes delivery of its new 800-tonne crane at the Bauma

Eurogruas 2000 took delivery of the first new Liebherr LR 1800-1.0 crawler crane at the Bauma 2019. The 800-tonne crawler crane, the largest exhibit at the entire trade show, was delivered to the Spanish crane contractor immediately after the end of the Bauma event. Eurogruas 2000 purchased the new crane primarily for hoisting heavy loads. Its first job will be at a refinery in Portugal. Find out more

First crawler crane for HKV - Liebherr LR 1500 expands fleet

HKV Schmitz + Partner GmbH has purchased the first crawler crane in the history of the company. Liebherr officially handed over the new LR 1500 to the crane rental company in March at its Cologne site. Its low cost transportation and fast set-up time were the main criteria behind the decision to buy the 500-tonne crawler crane. 1250 tonnes of lifting capacity for Sweden – Jinert takes delivery of new LTM 1500-8.1 and LR 1750/2 from Liebherr

Crane and heavy haulage contractor Sven Jinert AB took delivery of two new large cranes in mid-March at the manufacturing plant in Ehingen. The Swedish company is expanding its crane fleet with an LTM 1500-8.1 mobile crane and an LR 1750/2 crawler crane. In terms of lifting capacity, this is the largest crane delivery by Liebherr to Sweden in the company’s history. Find out more
