The Liebherr R 920 crawler excavator for less regulated markets at Bauma China 2018

At 2016 Bauma in Munich, Liebherr presented a crawler excavator model series, whose diesel engines satisfy the emissions standards Stage IIIA / Tier 3 / CHINA III. Gruas Aguilar modernises crane fleet with seven new Liebherr cranes

Gruas Aguilar based in Madrid has purchased seven new mobile and crawler cranes from Liebherr. The cranes have lifting capacities ranging from 50 to 1200 tonnes enabling the Spanish crane and heavy haulage contractor to modernise its fleet. The order comprises one LTC 1050-3.1 compact crane, one LRT 1100-2.1 rough-terrain crane, two LTM 1130-5.1 mobile cranes, one LTM 1230-5.1, one LTM 11200-9.1 and one LR 1600/2-W narrow track crawler crane. Liebherr LR 1350/1 crawler crane involved in rotary kiln construction

The HeidelbergCement AG cement works in Schelklingen, Baden-Württemberg, has invested in a new rotary kiln system 68 metres in length. The main challenge in the project was to hoist the five components of the rotary kiln up to a height of 11 metres in a restrictive space. A Liebherr LR 1350/1 crawler crane from Belgian crane and heavy haulage contractor Sarens managed the job with aplomb. Furthermore a new Liebherr mobile crane is on the way to the Australian branch of the company. The new 8-axle LTM 1450-8.1 was ordered as a result of good past experience with crane manufacturer Liebherr. Find out more

The first Liebherr LR 11000 for Spain – heavy duty crawler crane for Transportes y Grúas Aguado

A Liebherr crawler crane moves concrete blocks weighing up to 180 tonnes like the bricks in a child's toy at the port of Coruña in Spain. I.V. Guindastes buys used LR 1600/2-W crawler crane for erecting wind turbines from Liebherr

New paintwork, new owner, tried and tested quality. Brazilian crane rental company I.V. Guindastes has bought a used LR 1600/2-W crawler crane from Liebherr. Enormous increase in lifting capacity through new boom variation from Liebherr

The latest development from the Liebherr crane plant in Ehingen is both innovative and sustainable. The engineers from the Swabian crane manufacturer have taken a quantum leap forwards with the SX boom systems for crane models LR 1750/2 and LG 1750. The improved lifting capacity values resulting from the reinforced lattice booms enables the 750-tonne cranes to lift weights normally reserved for the next higher class of crawler cranes with a 1000-tonne lifting capacity. Wasel chooses the innovative SX boom system from Liebherr

Wasel GmbH Schwerlastlogistik took delivery of a new Liebherr LR 1750/2 crawler crane at the Liebherr plant in Ehingen in mid-June. The 750-tonne crane will extend the company's fleet of crawler cranes. The new crane will enable Wasel to ramp up its wind power activities. Find out more
