Data processing
When you click on “Send”, we, Liebherr-International Deutschland GmbH, Hans-Liebherr-Straße 45, D-88400 Biberach an der Riss, transmit your personal data collected with the form (hereinafter: “data”) to the provider of the digital content, Liebherr-Verzahntechnik GmbH, Kaufbeurer Straße 141, 87437 Kempten, Germany (hereinafter: “provider”). The provider is responsible for the further processing of your data.
The provider processes your data for the purpose of providing digital content on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contractual fulfillment), and, provided you have given your voluntary consent (see below), in order to send you their newsletter. You can find detailed information in the data protection declaration of the provider.

I give my consent for the provider to process my data, also for advertising purposes, in the form of sending their newsletter by email twice a year, and to statistically capture, analyze and evaluate my interactions with the newsletter in order to measure the success of the newsletter, improve it and design it according to need (measurement of accessing and click rates). No recipient profiles will be created in the process. The newsletter itself contains advertising information such as information about the provider’s own products or performance, or about corresponding campaigns, events, competitions, articles etc. If you give your consent, the provider will use your data in order to contact you by email after you have submitted your consent and to ask you to reconfirm your registration for the above-mentioned newsletter. If you do not reconfirm the submission of consent by clicking on the confirmation link sent to you, your consent is deemed not to have been given, with the result that you will not be registered for the newsletter. By the way, you will not incur any disadvantages by not declaring your consent. You have the right to withdraw any consent that you have given with effect for the future and/or to object to the processing of your data for advertising purposes at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was based on the consent up until withdrawal. An isolated withdrawal which only applies to the measurement of accessing and click rates is not possible; to achieve this, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter entirely. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending an email to marketing.lvt@liebherr.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link on the respective newsletter.
