Werkstoffprüfer ZfP (m/w/d)*Rostock
Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Werkstoffprüfungen, hauptsächlich VT-Sichtprüfung, PT-Farbeindringprüfung, MT- Magnetpulverrissprüfung und UT-Ultraschallprüfung, an Stahlbaugruppen nach Vorgabe der Prüfplanung
- Auswertung der Prüfergebnisse mit Mitarbeitenden anderer Fachbereiche, insbesondere der Abteilungen im Bereich des Stahlbaus
- Protokollierung der Prüfdurchführung und -ergebnisse in Nachweisdokumenten, z.B. Schweiß- und Prüfplan sowie Prüfprotokolle
- Sorgfältige Pflege und Wartung der Prüftechnik
Das bringen Sie mit
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Werkstoffprüfer oder alternativ eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation als Werkstoffprüfer
- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit in einem Industrieunternehmen
- Stufe-2-Zertifikat nach DIN EN ISO 9712 in den Verfahren VT, PT, MT und UT
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch von Vorteil
- Sorgfältige, gewissenhafte und genaue Arbeitsweise
