The tasks that are waiting for you:
- Coordinating customer inquiries, maintaining current customer relations and targeted, proactive acquisition of new customers
- Project management and administration including offer making, order processing as well as project tracking
- Acting as interface/Be the main point of contact between sales and several departments e.g. design, research and development, purchasing, production, after sales
- Accompany the sales process from support, planning and negotiating to monitoring the sales performance
- Perform market and competitor analysis, provide forecasts or determine project and revenue targets
- Organization in collaboration with marketing and participation at fairs and events
- Preparing reports for the general management for strategical product and application orientation
Projects
Possible competencies you will use in this area section:
- Technical or commercial education e.g. successfully completed studies as an industrial engineer or as a business economist
- Well-developed organizational and communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office programs or other software knowledge e.g. ERP systems
- High customer orientation and a sense for customer needs
- Very good written and oral language skills, advanced knowledge in English and additional foreign languages are beneficial
