While working in the production you will get insights into a large variety of tasks and you will have variable workstations due to job rotation.

  • Product assembly, disassembly or repair of elementary and complex assemblies or sub-assemblies, in compliance with cost, quality and deadline requirements
  • Optimizing production processes including development of machine programs
  • Support and development operation strategies to achieve company objectives related to production
  • Mechanical manufacturing and processing (e.g. CNC)
  • Planning, organizing and supervising the overall production activities

Possible competencies you will use in this area section:

  • Technical education e.g. as skilled worker or apprenticeship
  • High school diploma (or the equivalent), diploma in mechanical engineering
  • Recognized technician/mechanic
  • Heavy equipment license or other certificates (as required)
  • Working experience in the field of assembling
  • High technical understanding and knowledge (mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulic and electrical systems)
  • Specific equipment knowledge depending on assigned product segment
  • Depending on the job a good physical fitness, shift-working or having a good head for heights is required
