Liebherr Earthmoving and Material Handling division has a great opportunity for a highly organized individual with a passion for outstanding customer service to join the Service team at our Sydney and branch located in Erskine Park. In this newly created role due to growth in the business you will be responsible for the scheduling and assigning work to our team of Field Service Technicians to support our customer base across Sydney and New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to determine their needs and schedule work accordingly
• Assign technicians and ensure that all work orders are completed in a timely manner
• Responding to queries, organise inductions, to maintain good customer relations and preparation of quotations.
• Ensure required equipment and parts are organised for the team prior to the commencement of work.
• Monitor and track work in progress
• Follow up with clients for PO's, Invoicing & payments.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize scheduling efficiency and customer satisfaction

About You

• Experience working in a service department
• Trade qualifications in Diesel/Plant Mechanic or Electrical would be beneficial
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
