Your Tasks

• Creation of spare parts offers and orders, ensuring customer’s satisfaction.
• Responsible for the spare part stock and dispatch area.
• Correspondence with customers and headquarters.
• Handling of inquiries.
• Technical clarification for spare parts and/or recommended spare parts lists and offers
• Preparation of quotations and spare parts proposals.
• Processing and follow up of invoicing of spare parts and warranty orders.
• Dispatch and packaging of orders, forwarding of shipping documents to customers.
• Checking of sales invoices.
• Preparation of proposals for stock keeping

Your Qualifications

• Completed commercial or technical training
• 3+ years of professional experience in technical sales and industry knowledge desired
• High customer orientation, consulting skills, negotiation skills
• Flexibility, communication skills and a co-operative working style
• MS Office skills
• Very good knowledge of English
• Independent and systematic way of working
• Willingness to travel
