About the roleCome join us! Liebherr Australia’s Earthmoving and Material handling department are looking for a Regional Service Manager for Victoria and Tasmania. In this position you will become the lead of our skilled workforce and support the continued growth from a very solid foundation. The role involves supporting and developing the Service team to ensure delivery of top-tier after-sales support, meeting a range of KPI’s, Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities in the market. Our business supports a diverse range of industries across the region with an array of Liebherr built construction equipment. This opportunity is best suited to an individual with extensive experience in the industry who is both motivated and customer focused.This is a great opportunity, and we look forward to receiving your application.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop customer relations.
- Continuous improvement
- Maintain implemented safety standards and ongoing safety culture.
- Pursue new and existing Service sale opportunities.
- Manage financial responsibilities for the Service department (Set and achieve)
- Coach and develop individuals.
About You
- Positive and professional outlook.
- Driven to create partnerships.
- Previous management or team leadership experience.
- Ability to manage departmental P&L’s, quotes, WIP & invoicing; and to identify areas for improvement or additional business opportunity.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail across all areas.
- Hold a current driver’s license.
