About the RoleDue to growth within our Earthmoving and Material Handling Division we have a great new opportunity for a National Operator Demonstrator / Trainer to support our expanding customer base and new equipment sales team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager and based out of our Sydney Branch located in Erskine Park this role will provide training to our new and existing customers and internal employees on a broad range of equipment including Hydraulic Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Dozers, Material Handlers, Rail and Wheeled Excavators, throughout Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Liebherr equipment
• Conduct equipment demonstrations and training for current and potential customers
• Develop training materials, manuals and resources to support effective learning and development initiatives
• Collaboration with sales and service teams to identify and prioritise customer training needs

About you

• Experience as an operator demonstrator / trainer
• Experience within OEM equipment or related heavy industries
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in heavy equipment operation, basic maintenance and safety
• Preferred Cert IV in training and Assessment (or similar)
