Your responsibilities
- Perform periodic replenishment orders based on research of DRP proposal generated by BAAN system.
- Liaise with Warehouse and Logistic Supervisor to distibute and replenishment spare parts for inventory stock on consignment warehouses.
- Create Replenishment Orders to all Consignment Warehouses for inventory stock after approval by your superiors.
- Assist in stock taking activities as directed.
- Assisting the Inventory Supervisor to check the availability of the parts to support all Liebherr unit.
- Committing filing process and record all transactions related to the above job.
Your qualifications
- Education Min D3
- High standard of personal work ethic.
- Ability to work with BAAN program.
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
- Ability communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing; read and understand information presented in writing.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a small team environment.
