Discover at Bauma: MyLiebherr – a continuously developing and future-oriented platform
The MyLiebherr online portal has established itself as a key contact and access point, helping Liebherr’s customers and service partners in their daily work – across many of the Group’s product segments. At Bauma, visitors can discover the portal at several locations – for example in the technology pavilions.
MyLiebherr serves as a central hub for all the important information and services. Users can view and download various documents such as machine and spare part documentation, manuals and operating instructions whenever they need them. The portal also enables customers to contact service partners easily and provides the option of checking the availability of spare parts, and mostly also prices. Frequently required applications and products can be quickly found using the simple navigation. Users can also easily manage their customer data in MyLiebherr, while always keeping track of the status of their orders.
Another advantage of MyLiebherr is the ability to purchase various types of licence in the ‘Licenses’ section. This allows users to directly increase the scope of functions of Liebherr applications and machines. Since 2022, users have been able to map their entire machinery and vehicle fleet. With MyLiebherr, you can keep track of every device, whether it’s a hammer drill, a van or a mini excavator.
The new Parts Shop from Liebherr incorporated into MyLiebherr
MyLiebherr is constantly being improved and adapted to the ever-changing needs of customers. These adjustments are particularly focused on user experience and on integrating existing solutions into the same place. This move saw Liebherr launch a new Parts Shop in March 2025, which replaces all former spare part shops and brings the entire product range under one virtual roof. The Parts Shop is closely linked with the MyLiebherr services and provides a modern user interface. Customers can efficiently navigate the product range and finalise their orders with ease.
MyLiebherr gives customers and service partners a valuable tool that not only takes the hard work out of admin and accessing information, but also streamlines the entire interaction with Liebherr. This is because the platform always provides up-to-date information, which is accessible for users of the portal at any time. The platform is constantly being developed in response to customer feedback, giving users improved functions, simplifying and optimising processes.
