Head of Cloud Security (m/w/d)Bulle

We are expanding our Global Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward new colleagues and leaders joining us in Bulle (FR) Switzerland, we are looking for a Head of Cloud Security reporting to Head of Digital Security. The scope of duties includes the following:

Responsibilities:

Develops and implements a global cloud security strategy, ensuring the security of cloud environments and protecting cloud-based assets, data and applications across multi-cloud and hybrid environment strategy, as well as Global Leadership of Cloud Security Team, Products and Services.

• Develop and implement cloud security tools, technologies as well as policies and procedures
• Conduct cloud security assessments and penetration testing
• Respond to cloud-related security incidents, in collaboration with SOC/CERT
• Collaborate with IT, IS and cloud service providers to ensure security best practices
• Develop and implement robust security strategies tailored to multi-cloud and SaaS environments.
• Oversee secure configuration, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure and services.
• Collaborate with cloud service providers and internal teams to align security policies with business objectives.
• Manage identity and access controls, data encryption, and secure connectivity within cloud platforms.
• Continuously monitor cloud environments for vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and emerging threats.
• Evaluate, integrate, and manage next-generation security tools and technologies specific to cloud ecosystems.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards for cloud security compliance.

Competencies:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity and 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Following certificates are preferred; CISSP or CISM, as well as Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• English is a Must, German and French are a plus.
• Deep understanding of cloud security concepts and principles (e.g., shared responsibility model)
• Knowledge of cloud security tools and technologies (e.g., Cloud Security Posture Management, Cloud Access Security Broker)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Versatility in cloud security posture management
• Fluency in multi-tenants, and multi-cloud setups
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage and collaborate with stakeholders
• Project management
• Readiness for global travel
