Responsibility for the market in the USA handed on – Liebherr counting for continued growth in mobile and crawler cranes

On 1 April 2020, Daniel Pitzer will change position and move to the Liebherr headquarters for mobile and crawler cranes in Ehingen, Germany, becoming CFO of the mobile and crawler crane division. Liebherr and Cummins cooperate in power generation

The Liebherr Components Division and Cummins Inc. start a cooperation in power generation. For the new Cummins C25G gas generator series, Liebherr will provide fully equipped gas engines, which comprise ignition and control systems for natural gas and biogas applications in 50Hz and 60Hz markets. The C25G is designed to support any power need in different applications – from hospitals and industry to commercial buildings and utilities requiring reliable continuous operation, whether it is grid parallel or island mode. Maximum lifting capacity on four axles – Liebherr unveils the new LTM 1120 4.1 at the Conexpo in Las Vegas

Liebherr will be unveiling its new LTM 1120-4.1 at the CONEXPO in Las Vegas using the slogan “There’s nothing more on 4!” It is the most powerful 4-axle all-terrain crane ever built. The new 120-tonne machine breaks into a performance class which has previously been the sole preserve of 5-axle cranes. As far as boom length is concerned, it is on a par with 200-tonne class cranes as its 66 metre telescopic boom is the longest ever to be installed on a 4-axle mobile crane. Liebherr will start deliveries of the new LTM 1120-4.1 in autumn 2020. Find out more
