Liebherr celebrates Bauma Canada evening
On April 11, Liebherr-Canada hosted the Bauma Canada evening in the “Münchner Stubn” restaurant in Munich. Within the scope of a casual evening, Liebherr has invited its customers and employees to experience a get-together with traditional German food, drinks and music in an informal atmosphere.
As Canada is the seventh-largest construction machinery market in the world, it acts as a great partner country for the Bauma in which Liebherr is represented with one of its numerous companies: Liebherr-Canada Ltd. was founded in 1973 when Liebherr began to establish new companies overseas in the 1970s on its route to become an international player.
Over the last 46 years, Liebherr-Canada has grown from a small-scale hydraulic excavator sales and service business to a mixed sales company that takes responsibility for almost each individual product division of the Liebherr Group of Companies.
With its head office in Burlington, Ontario, Liebherr-Canada operates in nine locations across Canada, spanning six time zones. The mission is to deliver quality products with outstanding product support in a safe work place that is supportive, professional and environmentally conscious, with all divisions co-operating as one company. And of course another mission is it to shape the technological progress in an active way with innovative ideas and cross-industry developments.
In Canada, Liebherr offers a broad product range which includes: Mining Trucks & Excavators, Earthmoving Equipment, Concrete Technology, Deep Foundation Equipment, Mobile and Crawler Cranes, Tower Cranes, Maritime Cranes, Components, Aerospace and Transportation Technology as well as Household Appliances.
