Career guidance with a twist: With the interactive careers advisor "Talent & Future" young talents can discover their ideal career path. In just over five minutes the participants click through various questions – from personal interests and hobbies to school-leaving qualification. At the end there is an individual video, which presents several suitable jobs at Liebherr to the participant. Then personal careers advisors are on hand to provide advice and support: Liebherr trainees and HR experts provide advice in one-to-one conversations about the career opportunities at the individual locations. And ideally this brings about an interview.
The interactive careers advisor is available at the Liebherr training and education stand in the ICM Foyer until 14 April and assists with career guidance. After that there will be an online version available at https://future-orientation.liebherr.com/.
