Dr. h.c. Dipl.-Ing. (ETH) Willi Liebherr, Chairman of the Administrative Board of Liebherr-International AG, welcomed Reichhart, who was accompanied by Messe München CEO Klaus Dittrich. With a view of the over sixty Liebherr machines from one of the balconies of the stand outdoors, Willi Liebherr presented the highlights of the seven divisions of the Liebherr Group represented at Bauma. Current industry trends were also a topic, which Liebherr picks up on in its trade fair presence with the three key areas efficiency, digitalisation and product responsibility.
During this meeting Willi Liebherr also made an initial assessment of Bauma. All divisions are very satisfied with the trade fair. The company received orders from all over the world and many new contacts were established. Customers, partners, fans, stand visitors and the Liebherr staff got together at the Liebherr stands for an intensive exchange of ideas. The company intended to show innovations of today and to enable everyone to experience its work on the future construction site. It succeeded with the appearance at Bauma.
