Comfort in NAT multiple train units with air conditioning systems from Liebherr

Liebherr-Transportation Systems has recently received from Bombardier, Crespin (France) an order to equip 52 seven-part Nouvelle Automotrice Transilien (NAT) or "Francilien" multiple train units with 104 compact air conditioning systems for driver’s cabs and 364 compact air conditioning systems for passenger compartments.

The trains are developed and assembled in the Crespin Bombardier plant in the French region of Valenciennes. They will replace among others the model series Z 6100 and VB 2N. The delivery of the air conditioning systems to SNCF (Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Français) is scheduled to take place between June 2019 and mid-2020.

The highly efficient and reliable compact air conditioning systems from Liebherr offer optimal comfort for the driver and passengers of the new NAT multiple train units, which will run from the Paris Saint-Lazare, Paris Nord and Paris Est stations in the Île-de-France region.

This order once again underlines the long-established trust that the French railway industry has in technology made by Liebherr.
