XpertAssist is a paid service for extended support via audio-video connection in addition to traditional technical support. It is provided in real time, especially in the event of malfunctions, regular maintenance or whenever it is needed. XpertAssist comprises several software tools that can be used individually or in combination, depending on the requirements.
