This latest generation heavy-duty excavator not only has the highest bucket capacity in its class, but also burns 20% less fuel than its predecessor – the R 996B – thanks to the Liebherr Power Efficiency systems— our patented engine and hydraulic management systems. And with a service life of more than 80,000 hours, this innovative mining solution is definitely an onsite partner for the long term. Especially as the modular design of the R 9600 means that it can be upgraded across its long service life to keep up with the changing technology in the mining sector.

The D9812 ICE is built to withstand the tough conditions of the mining industry. By reducing the rated speed to 1,500 rpm, the D9812 ICE is putting less stress on components, increasing his lifetime, and improving the fuel consumption.
