The drilling assistant regulates the crowd force and speed of the rope crowd system. This is matched to the speed and torque of the rotary drive. Even during subsequent extraction and simultaneous concreting the automatic control system takes over and also ensures that the optimum amount of concrete is filled. The result is a high-quality cast-in-place pile.
Optimum amount of concrete
The correct match between the extraction speed and the amount of concrete filled is decisive for the required pile diameter in this method.
Automatic control system
Once activated, the drilling process runs automatically. The values, preselected by the operator, are held constant by the control system. The parameters can also be adjusted during the drilling process.
