Liebherr truck-mounted concrete pumps for concreting in halls, buildings and tunnels

Concreting in existing buildings, tunnels and halls as well as in bridge construction is particularly challenging due to the confined spaces and low ceiling heights. A working area that is as flexible as possible, precise movements of the boom arm and sufficient storage space for hoses and pipes are extremely important. Liebherr offers two powerful truck-mounted concrete pumps for this application: the 24 XH and the new 31 XXT.

Liebherr showcases new mobile concrete mixing plant at Bauma

Liebherr has been developing and marketing mixing plants for concrete production for 70 years. This long-standing experience is now also reflected in the new ‘Mobilmix’ series. The largest version with a 4 m³ double-shaft mixer will be on show for the first time at Bauma.

The THP 80-LP, specifically built for the North American market and designed based on feedback from industry experts.The THP 80-LP is the most compact unit in Liebherr’s wide range of truck mounted pumps.

Liebherr crawler concrete pump featured at World of Concrete 2025

Liebherr is showcasing a THS 110 D-K crawler concrete pump at World of Concrete 2025. This unit is particularly suited for the deep foundation application due to its performance, reliability and flexibility. The concrete pump mounted on a crawler chassis can be conveniently controlled via a radio remote control.

38Z4 XXT truck mounted concrete pump from Liebherr: classic and practical

Innovative technologies have been combined in the 38Z4 XXT truck mounted concrete pump, offering a 4-part distribution folding boom with the Powerbloc drive unit and the semi-closed oil circuit.

Liebherr to exhibit at World of Concrete 2025

Liebherr’s concrete technology team will be exhibiting at the annual World of Concrete in January 2025 showcasing the 38Z4 XXT truck mounted concrete pump and THS 110 D-K crawler concrete pump.

Liebherr-Mobilmix supplies quality concrete for the wind industry

Enercon Emden originally purchased a Liebherr Kombimix 2.25 in 2005 for the production of concrete tower segments. The mixing plant has already been modified or extended several times in the past. Following the sale of the site to Bettels Betonfertigteile GmbH, production was expanded to include structural precast elements such as bridge elements. Concrete tower segments for wind power are still part of the product range. Now the existing system is to be further adapted to the new requirements. Bettels decided to install a highly mobile Mobilmix 2.5 of the latest generation from Liebherr to bridge the gap during the conversion work.

Liebherr makes a splash at IFCEE 2024

Liebherr exhibits at IFCEE 2024, showcasing the LB 25 drill rig, the LRH 200 piling and drilling rig, and the THS 110 D-K crawler concrete pump at booth #3200. Additionally, the LR 1100.1 crawler crane operates at the adjacent demo site.

Betonwerk Högerle GmbH in Dietenheim has modernised its production of precast concrete parts with a new Betomat 3-235 concrete mixing tower. Högerle is known for the planning and production of high-quality solid components, prefabricated staircases, basement systems, filigree elements and ballast weights for Liebherr tower cranes.

New batching plant generation from Liebherr: Ideal for construction site operations

The new generation of batching plants from Liebherr is also available as a mobile version known as Mobilmix. As a double plant, it can supply very large volumes of concrete and yet is extremely mobile and can be set up or moved in no time at all. This plant can even be relied on to supply concrete to vast construction sites.
