Training portfolio

Tailored to individual requirements, the training portfolio is customer-orientated and offers a range of training modules that can be tailored to the customer's wishes and needs.

One key feature is the segmentation of training according to product segments, ensuring that participants receive targeted and relevant content specific to their industry or area of interest. Recognising the diverse levels of experience among participants, the training portfolio is structured to accommodate varying skill levels.

Furthermore, the training portfolio is tailored for different machine models. This ensures that participants receive training that aligns seamlessly with the technology and equipment they are working with, maximising the effectiveness of the learning experience.

At Montecon we are motivated to stay updated. In April, we participated in two Liebherr Maritime Cranes trainings in Killarney, Ireland, and Rostock, Germany. For two weeks, we had the opportunity to grow our knowledge in maintenance and operation of the E-RTG equipment and mobile cranes that were manufactured especially for Montecon. Thanks Liebherr Maritime Cranes for the amazing opportunity to join in this training.
