Guindastes Tatuapé expands fleet: First LTM 1110-5.2 with LICCON3 in Brazil

The Brazilian crane and heavy transport company Guindastes Tatuapé has expanded its crane fleet with a new LTM 1110-5.2. The 110-tonne model is therefore the first crane type from Liebherr to be shipped to Brazil with the new LICCON3 control system. T3 Projects – trio of Liebherr cranes goes to South Africa

The LRT 1100-2.1 and LRT 1130-2.1 rough terrain cranes are ideal for hoisting work in inaccessible, remote areas. It`s a matter of control: Liebherr 120-tonne mobile crane with new LICCON3 control system

Liebherr presents a further crane model with the new LICCON3 control system: The LTM 1120-4.1 becomes the LTM 1120-4.2. The 4-axle 120-tonne crane is also characterised by the new future-oriented crane design. In addition, the LTM 1120-4.2 is equipped with the TraXon DynamicPerform oil-cooled starting clutch and new driver assistance systems for increasing driving safety on the road. Liebherr will be exhibiting the LTM 1120-4.2 at Bauma in Munich.

High-performance material handling technology at Spedition Trettin

Spedition Trettin is a German family-run company, now in its fifth generation, that deals with the handling of municipal waste and the treatment of mineral waste. Liebherr Crawler Dozers with LiReCon system deliver increased safety for Austrian Armed Forces

The military training ground of the Austrian Armed Forces, at Allentsteig in Lower Austria, was the location for a special handover in the summer of 2024. Under contract from the Federal Ministry of Defence, Liebherr supplied two Generation 8 PR 726 Crawler Dozers. The dozers were equipped with the new Liebherr Remote Control System (LiReCon). The delivery was backed up with extensive training and instruction on the new LiReCon system. With the deployment of these teleoperable Liebherr machines the Austrian Armed Forces can safely execute driverless operations both for disaster recovery and for clearance of areas containing multiple unexploded munitions at the military training ground.

Gold and Silver status: Nadcap audits of surface treatment technology at Liebherr-Aerospace

The Used Equipment Marketplace is a portal specifically for the sale of used machines from Liebherr. Since the beginning of the year, customers are able to find a wide range of used construction and material handling machines, used attachments and accessories as well as used spare parts directly from certified Liebherr sales and service partners on the digital platform. The Used Equipment Marketplace is now also available as an app for quick access directly on your smartphone. The app offers dealers or buyers an intuitive user interface and powerful functions to find the right equipment for their next project or to sell products successfully.

Canadian crane service provider expands its fleet – new LTM 1160-5.2 for DeSantis

DeSantis Crane Service Inc. is adding a Liebherr LTM 1160-5.2 mobile crane to its fleet. The Canadian crane service provider will use the 180-tonne crane primarily for lifting prefabricated concrete parts and air conditioning systems. The scope of delivery includes lattice extensions that enable the crane to reach a maximum lifting height of 92 metres.

Direct from the pit: Fortescue’s testimonial about its Liebherr R 9400 E

In December 2023, Fortescue and Liebherr deployed Australia’s first newly built operational electric excavator, the Liebherr R 9400 E, at Fortescue’s Cloudbreak site in Western Australia’s Pilbara. Since then, a second electric excavator has been deployed another at Fortescue’s Solomon operations.The successful integration of these machines into operations showcases the strength of Fortescue and Liebherr’s partnership and the companies’ shared commitment to decarbonisation and innovation.
