• Identifying opportunities to improvise on various processes and operations involved in Adhere to legal customs and financial principles of an organization.
• Maintain the legal registers about the members, charges of the company, secretary and directors.
• Filing revised Memorandum as well as Articles of Association, resignation and discharge of directors, return of allotments, appointment notices, and lastly change in registered office in agreement with the companies’ act.
• Publicizing the companies account as well as the annual reports.
• Issue compliance reports and other provisions as may be required by the Companies Act.
• Prepare annual budget for Finance & Accounts, in consultation with manager finance and manager accounts and monitor the expenses on Bi – monthly basis.
• Developing, organising and conducting annual budgeting exercise.
• Devise, Obtain, Analyse and consolidate capital / revenue project expenditure proposals sub-mitted by functional heads, make observations and suggestion and submit to MD.
• Provide inputs to other functional head in terms of cost benefit analysis for their respective plans.
• Formulating and implementing financial policy across Liebherr
• Develop & document standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for finance activities to ensure efficient day to day working of the department.
• Monitor changes in economy, industry, government regulations and Liebherr  policies affecting the company’s finance and accounting practices, assess the implications and develop / modify procedures and controls to ably respond to the situation
• Fund Management:
  • Managing Daily routine of corporate finance, accounts, Audit, company secretary and legal affairs
  • Preparation of CMA Data annually for company.
  • Submission of Monthly Stock Statements, MSOD, Quarterly/Half Yearly   FFR / Un-audited Profit & Loss Statement as and when required to bankers
  • Appoint internal auditors and conduct periodical audit to have strong internal checks and controls.
  • Ensuring timely Statutory Audit of all companies and filling their returns
  • Preparation of Annual report and all other related reports like directors report, management report, notes to account, auditors report
  • Develop suitable MIS to Report Company’s performance periodically to MD.
  • Study,analyse and identify the information needs of the organisation
• Coordination for internal control system.

• Qualification and Education Requirements:
  • Company Secretary & LLB
• Experience:
  • Industry exposure of 05 to 08 Years.
• Preferred Skills / Special Skills:
  • Effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills at international level.
