Your enquiry will then be transferred to the competent customer service partner. You will then be contacted by telephone or by email to arrange a repair appointment.

For any questions about your appliance, please make sure you have the information needed to identify your appliance to hand (appliance designation, serial number). This information will enable our service staff to provide you with more accurate answers to your questions about the appliance and to solve potential service incidents more quickly. The serial tag may be located in a different position depending on the appliance.
