Highlights of the area of employment IT
As an IT employee, you can implement your own ideas, develop new IT solutions and concepts, and thus contribute to improving processes.
You will have an interface function within the company and ensure error-free proper provision of resources.
Providing support and advising to find solutions for day-to-day problems with computer components and systems.
You assist in developing long-term strategic goals for systems and software in collaboration with internal and external customers, end users, the IT Administrator, and the Department Manager.
The tasks that are waiting for you:
- Providing technical support and assistance for users (1st, 2nd, 3rd level support)
- Administrative tasks including e.g. creation of user accounts, supervising interfaces and systems, acquisition and IT asset installation as well as configuration
- Implementation and ensuring compliance with our Liebherr IT security policies
- Design, implement, maintain, optimize and document IT solutions
- Conducting business analysis and developing business intelligence processes on an international level
- Provide trainings to users
- Participation in internal and external IT audits as well as their preparation
