With NoFrost, you never have to worry about the time-consuming task of defrosting your freezer again. The smart freezing technology of our self-defrosting freezers uses the cooled circulating air to freeze your food. Simultaneously, any humidity is caught by the evaporator, which is hidden in the upper, locked part of the freezer. Fans then distribute the cold air evenly throughout the freezer compartment, ensuring reliable freezing.

It is not always possible to place your freezer in a heated room. Are you planning to keep your freezer in a cool room, such as the garage or shed? Thanks to FrostProtect, that is no problem. All components of our freezers are designed to withstand extreme ambient temperatures up to –15 °C and guarantee smooth operation with a consistently low energy consumption.

With SuperFrost, your food is frozen very quickly in our freezers. The SuperFrost function rapidly lowers the temperature of your freezer to its lowest setting for maximum cooling power. The SuperFrost system returns to normal mode as soon as the freezing process is completed and after no more than 65 hours. With SuperFrost, all foods stay super-fresh and are packed with vitamins.

In March 2021, the new energy efficiency classes A to G were introduced. A is now the best category. That means that these freezers are particularly energy-efficient. In contrast, G is the worst energy efficiency class, which means that freezers in this category are not very energy efficient. The former additional classes A+, A++ or A+++ no longer exist.
