The comprehensive cover provided by WarrantyPlus includes, among other things:

The appliance, as well as the accessories supplied with it, is covered by the ‘WarrantyPlus’ against guarantee damage, just like the normal guarantee. Accordingly, accessories will also be replaced provided that the damage was not caused wilfully.

No, unfortunately, this is not possible. You can purchase a maximum term of 10 years in total for your respective appliance.
No, unfortunately, this is not possible. A ‘WarrantyPlus’ extension, for a maximum of 10 years, can only be purchased within the 2-year guarantee period.
There is no limit to the number of claims you can report. We strive to protect the environment and repair defective appliances wherever we can.
The extended guarantee can only be purchased during the 2-year guarantee period. All the terms and conditions of the standard guarantee then also apply to the extended guarantee. Detailed information on the terms and conditions of our extended guarantee can be found here.
Yes, proof of purchase must be provided in digital form and can be uploaded during the ‘WarrantyPlus’ purchase process. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, you will not be able to conclude a ‘WarrantyPlus’ extension.
No, payment in instalments is currently not possible. The following payment methods are available: PayPal, immediate bank transfer, Visa, and MasterCard
In the event of a replacement under the guarantee, the guarantee will continue to apply to your new appliance. The terms and conditions of the guarantee remain unchanged.
Yes, you will receive a digital certificate, which will be sent by email to the address you provided, within two weeks at the earliest and no later than four weeks after the purchase of the ‘WarrantyPlus’ has been completed. You should keep the certificate for the maximum period of 10 years and have it available as soon as you need to report a guarantee claim.
The cover for your appliance is active from the time of the order and commences automatically after the expiry of the manufacturer’s guarantee. You will receive the WarrantyPlus certificate within two to four weeks after receipt of your order.
