Do you wish to return a Liebherr product?
You can return your original Liebherr accessory/spare part or your refrigerator, freezer or wine appliance at any time within the 14-day right of return. To do so, simply select whether you wish to return an accessory/spare part or appliance and follow the steps indicated.
Would you like to return an accessory/spare part?
Please use the return slip included in the package to return your accessory item.
With regard to the return of accessories, the direct costs of the return are to be borne by the returning party.
The goods will be shipped to you in transport-safe packaging. Accordingly, transport-safe packaging must be chosen when returning the goods, if possible the original packaging.

Please note that it is only possible to return goods purchased from the Liebherr-Hausgeräte shop or goods purchased from Liebherr directly. In all other cases, please contact the dealer you purchased the goods from.

Data processing When you click ‘Submit’ we, Liebherr-Hausgeräte GmbH, Memminger Straße 77-79, D-88416 Ochsenhausen, Germany, transfer your personal data in the form (hereinafter: “Data”) to the provider of the service form, Liebherr-Hausgeräte Lienz GmbH, Dr.-Hans-Liebherr-Str. 1 9900 Lienz, Austria (hereinafter: “Provider”). The provider is responsible for the subsequent processing of your data. The provider processes your data for the purpose of making the service form available on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Detailed information can be found in the data protection information of the provider.
Please note that it is only possible to return goods purchased from the Liebherr-Hausgeräte shop. In all other cases, please contact the dealer you purchased the goods from. After successfully processing the return, you will receive a credit note to the payment method you originally selected. Individually configured appliances are excluded from withdrawal. Your appliance is made especially for you, in your design, with your desired colours and motifs. For this reason, it is not possible to withdraw from the purchase contract once the order process – including payment – has been completed.
Right of withdrawal regarding online purchases
As a consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days within the meaning of Section 3(1)(1) of the Distance Selling Act (FernAbsG) in conjunction with Section 361a German Civil Code (BGB). Details of this can be found in the right of withdrawal, which you can view during the order process or in the email confirming receipt of your order.
