Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service contract development and ongoing management:
• Develop and market maintenance and repair agreements internally and externally.
• Conduct audits of data.
• Oversee management of machine builds to meet client expectation.
• Telemetric monitoring.

About you

• Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing projects that enhance service excellence.
• A track record of collaborative success in delivering project outcomes.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
• A mechanical background (beneficial but not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
