Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly/quarterly/year group financial reporting;
• Responsible for both IFRS and PRC standard monitoring;
• Participate GL monthly closing;
• Support line manager to improve the reporting quality and accounting process by standardizing the process, and exploring the automation solution;
• Check reports from senior accountants (KER, P&L and related accounts);
• Check IFRS accounts booking, review IFRS and PRC reports;
• Prepare and distribution KER reports to different divisions;
• Prepare the analysis KER report and comparison report;
• Providing project profitability analysis;
• Tracking customer contracts for business purpose;
• Provide business data for management;
• Participate in quarterly rolling 5-year planning preparation;
• Contract IT department to solve the report problems;
• Draft and provide finance solution to divisions if necessary;
• Comply with and implement the compliance, IT security and the EHS requirements as required for the role; attend EHS-related trainings and report/take urgent actions as required once an emergency or EHS-related risk is discovered;
• Any other duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company or its authorized delegate.

Competencies

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Major in accounting, finance or economy;
• Accountant qualification;
• At least 3 years’working experience;
• Be familiar with accounting and tax policy;
• Proficient MS office skills;
• Skilled in written and oral English;
• Work together;
• Talking and listening to each other;
• Being open for change and development;
• Making competent decisions;
• Thinking and acting responsibly.
