Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including manuals,procedures, forms, work instructions, etc.
• Conduct internal quality audits, surveillance, and random checks.
• Conduct quality investigation and lead technical investigation.
• Monitor and follow up on open items identified in the quality and safety management system.
• Maintain personnel authorization/qualification records.
• Deliver quality training to employees.
• Control technical publications.
• Undertake other tasks to maintain and improve the quality and safety management system.
• Carry out audits and surveillance of Companies and service providers in accordance with the Company audit plan and issue audit reports accordingly. Oversight of the audit corrective and preventative action program.
• Develop and implement the risk management of quality system, initialize the risk plan and promote risk remediation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for all internal and external audits. Produce ISO related documents and follow up improvement findings.
• Develop and implement quality management policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Design and implement quality control processes and methodologies to monitor and evaluate product/service quality throughout the production/service lifecycle.
• Establish and track monthly KPI quality parameters.
• Develop and implement the risk management of quality system, initialize the risk plan and promote risk remediation.
• Support and coordinate internal and external audit with cross-functional teams and follow up improvement findings.
• Create procedures and regulations in relation to supplier quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Majored in mechanical engineering.
• Hold the internal auditor certificate is a plus.
• At least 5-year quality department working experience or equivalent working experience in manufacturing, engineering or quality in machine tool field.
• Familiar with ISO standards, Knowledge on POA/DOA is a plus.
