About the RoleAt Liebherr-Australia, we pride ourselves on delivering high quality service and support to our customers and due to continued growth we are looking for a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team. If you have a trade background and are looking to transition off the tools, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Service Coordinator with a trade background to manage and coordinate our workshop and field service operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a trade and a desire to move into a more administrative and customer-focused role.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service and repair activities.
- Coordination new crane build and preparation for delivery.
- Communicate with customers to understand their service needs and provide timely updates.
- Assign service technicians and ensure they have the necessary information and resources.
- Monitor and manage service requests to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in developing and implementing service policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
About you
- Trade background with hands-on experience in working with mobile plant.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
