Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Respond to spare parts inquiries, provide quotations, and manage contracts and invoices for customers.
• Manage spare parts inventory, handle warranty claims, and coordinate import/export and shipping documents;
• Liaise with factories, sales staff, and customers' finance departments to ensure contract and invoice accuracy.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure close cooperation with clients.

Administration

• Act as back office assisting service engineers for coordination / liaisons;
• Maintain documentary records of machines and paper/photo archives;
• Support team members for filling forms;
• Create new account with financial department for new customers
• Collect industry news from sales & internet / magazines and make regular summary, distribute to management and sales team.

Sales Support

• Support Sales administration tasks such as bidding documents, contract preparation, order processing, etc.

Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• Majored in Financial, Business, Administration, etc.
• Fresh Graduates;
• Well-versed in MS Office;
• Fluent Chinese and good oral and written English;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Proficient computer skills;
• Excellent presentation skills;
