The Opportunity:Liebherr-Australia is undergoing significant growth Australia wide.  With this growth, comes the need for an additional Human Resources Advisor who is passionate and energetic to join this gowing national team and provide efficient and effective HR support to achieve its overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Be instrumental with end to end recruitment activities, including the preparation of new employment contracts, variation and amendments
• Maintain and ensure employee data is accurate in HRIS systems
• Ensure employee onboarding and offboarding processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Support the Employee Performance Management process
• Support the implementation of HR strategies and projects
• Respond to HR and Employee Relations issues and problems as requested
• Support HR Business Partners during times of absence or high workloads

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in a HR Advisor or equivalent role
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment
• Self-aware and self-driven with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative team player strong sense of self
• Outcome driven and stakeholder focussed
• Passion for learning with a high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
