For our sales team in Czech Republic / Slovakia we are looking for your support as "Area Sales Manager Electro Retail (m/f/d) - Slovakia".
Responsibilities
- Active care and support of B2B customers in the electro-retail business in Slovakia
- Coordination, cooperation and support of the responsible sales area
- Assessment, selection and development of distribution partners
- Contribution of market specific feedback, analysis and continual improvement of existing business activity
- Technical product training and product placement with the distribution-partners
- Cooperation in the review of regional marketing concepts
- Target oriented implementation of sales plans
Qualifications
- Successfully completed business and/or technical education
- Several years of experience in Sales, ideally in the area of MDA
- Slovak as native language, as well as basic communication skills in English. Knowledge of German is an advantage
- Assertive individual with strong negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills and multi-cultural competence
- Able to work mobile and independently in a structured manner
