Your responsabilities

• In this role, you will manage the Supplier Quality, Supplier Complaints Management and Goods Receipt Control departments.
• You will be responsible for the strategic management of the above departments, taking into account the company's growth and quality strategy
• You will be responsible, on behalf of the employees in your department, for implementing and complying with the rules on safety at work, health protection and the environment
• You will develop suppliers in collaboration with the Strategic Purchasing department
• You will be responsible for supplier quality processes (selection, evaluation, development, phasing, etc.)
• You will be responsible for implementing the audit programme
• You optimise supplier management (methods, analyses, strategic approach, interviews with suppliers, etc.)
• You monitor delivery and results performance KPIs
• You manage serious quality and delivery problems
• You will be responsible for validating the components to be purchased, taking account of guidelines and standards (VDA/PPAP)
• You will manage improvement projects aimed at reducing scrap in collaboration with suppliers.

Your profile

• You have completed higher education in economics, mechanical engineering or equivalent technical field
• You have several years' experience in a management role in a supplier management department of a manufacturing company, ideally in the automotive sector
• You have had leadership training and are a VDA 6.3 auditor
• You have a perfect command of French and English. German is an asset
• You have strong negotiating skills and are methodical and process-oriented.
• You are flexible, willing to travel and a good team player
